5). Offensive subjects: Again, you can surely go with it, but if he gets offended or dismisses you, well- do what you want!

1). Hugging this character: I wouldn't suggest it (for his sake. for hilarity, sure.) unless you want a small angry little man. But then again.. that's totally harmless right?
2). Kissing this character: oh lol. why would you?
3). Flirting with this character: he's a thirteen year old child, please don't be That Guy.
4). Fighting with this character: You'll be handed to Sebastian for that- unless it's verbal.
5). Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Please no severity, a small damaged child needs no more harm.
6). Killing this character: If it's a really good plot point or with good reason I'm okay with it. But I'd rather not if it's nothing to build on for in game CR and character building.
7). Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure! But please don't abuse this if you already know his character from canon and want your character to immediately know everything about him - that really ruins it for everyone, and it can be a bit irritating.
